Does anyone know where Liberty Rock is in Bangor. My Great Great Grandfather erected a headstone for his father at Liberty Rock in Bangor. I wondered if that was around Bangor Abby where they went to church? Thanks for your help. Marjorie Munroe

I LOVE Bangor. I was there in 2004 for a McKee family reunion. I have wanted to go back and will be there in Sept of this year, 2010. I hope to have my birthday in Bangor, where my Grandpa was born and raised. My Grandpa was William James McKee and he was married to Jane McGowan McKee. His parents were John and Sarah McKee. Grandparents William John McKee and Agnes McKee. Jane's parents were Hugh McGowan and Mary Agnew McGowan. They also had a son William and a daughter Hughanna. Bangor is one of the greatest places I have ever visited.

hi everyone we used to live in Bangor left there in 74 with our 4 children heath naomi brett and clint lived in kilcooley and primacy and springfirld road before we left I was colleen richeal when i was single lived in chester park love to hear from anyone who remembers us ove the site of bangor and it brings back good memories

I have just started a family tree for my Grandkids and I am trying to track down any info on my family.My aunt and uncle Andy and Mary Haughie livied in Grayshill and I know my mother had a brother named Terry Mc Cann I only met him once about 1960 before we left for Australia .
